American woman Kim Rhode becomes the first woman to medal in six straight Olympics.  Rhode made history after scoring a Bronze medal in Skeet Shooting at the 2016 Rio Olympics.  Rhode’s took home the Gold in her first Olympics in 1996.  Rhode’s makes history by taking home a medal in 6 consecutive Olympics. 

She has three Gold medals, one Silver and two Bronze medals.  It’s unclear whether Rhode will go for a 7th medal in four years, but she may be shooting for a career in politics.  As an honorary lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, Rhode was a speaker at the Republican National Convention in 2012 where she promoted the 2nd Amendment.
