Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brandon Michael Moore, 41, of Golden Valley, Saturday (3/28) evening for aggravated DUI – suspended license and aggravated DUI – three or more DUI, felonies. Deputies observed a blue Chevrolet drifting into oncoming traffic before returning to its northbound lane. At about 8:30 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at the corner of Hearne and Powell Avenue. Deputies contacted Moore, the driver. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Moore. During conversations with Moore, he said that he had one beer earlier in the day. A records check showed Moore’s license to be suspended. Following the field sobriety tests (FST’s), Moore was taken into custody and transported to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to be .115%. A computer history check showed Moore was arrested for DUI in 2010, 2011 and twice in 2014, making this Moore‘s fifth DUI arrest within 84 months. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
