Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rhiannen Heiress Price, 22, of Buckeye, and Brittany Nicole Pennington, 26, of Lynwood, WA, early Saturday (3/21) afternoon. Price and Pennington were arrested for possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Approximately 12:15 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop northbound on Highway 93 at milepost 55. Deputies contacted Price, the driver. Price advised that she has never been issued a driver’s license. Price was taken into custody without incident. A search of Price revealed a tube containing a dark sticky residue and a glass pipe with burnt white residue. Deputies contacted Pennington, the passenger, and had her exit the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic bag containing a black sticky substance, two straws with white residue and three pieces of tin foil with burnt lines. Pennington was taken into custody without incident. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
