The robbery suspect who shot and killed a 7-Eleven clerk a week ago has been identified and taken into custody. Sergeant Vince Lewis says police brought 23-year-old Joseph Fatigoni in for questioning as a possible suspect in the murder of 37-year-old clerk Amanjeet Singh Toor. Fatigoni initially denied his involvement
and even agreed to take a polygraph test. Fatigoni failed the test and finally came clean to detectives. Fatigoni confessed to robbing the store and shooting Toor to death after Toor fought with him in a back room of the 7-Eleven. Lewis says Fatigoni also knew details of the crime only the suspect could know. Fatigoni is facing a slew of charges, including robber, kidnapping and murder.
