Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Owen Lee, 23, of Fort Mohave, early Sunday (3/1) evening on three counts of disorderly conduct with a weapon per domestic violence, child endangerment per domestic violence, criminal damage per domestic violence, felonies, and two counts of false imprisonment per domestic violence, misdemeanor. Investigations began Saturday (2/28) evening at about 10:50 p.m.when deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 4400 block of South Sharp Drive. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a 22-year-old female victim. The victim said that she and Lee, her boyfriend, started arguing and it escalated. The victim further said that Lee broke a glass window on the front door, a top portion of a flat screen television, a hole in the drywall in the living room and the bedroom doorframe. The victim reported that at one point Lee was holding his handgun and pointed the gun at his head while she was holding their 10-month old baby. The victim further reported that Lee left the residence right before her mother arrived. Deputies contacted their roommate, a 22-year-old male victim. The victim said that he heard them arguing and when he exited his bedroom he observed Lee holding a firearm. Deputies searched the area for Lee without success. On Sunday (3/1) deputies attempted to locate Lee. At about 6:22 p.m., Lee advised that he wanted to turn himself into authorities. Deputies responded to the 4400 block of South Sharp Drive. Deputies contacted Lee and took him into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
