An abandoned apartment complex goes up in flames early Sunday morning.  Fire Captain Ardell Deliz with the Phoenix Fire Department says crews have been called to this particular apartment complex several times to knock down a fire.  When crews arrived, the apartment was fully engulfed and firefighters went on the

defensive and knocked it down in short order.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.  However, Deliz says squatters are known to frequent this apartment for warmth in the winter and with last night’s deep freeze, it’s possible the homeless went inside to get warm.
