Cosme Alfredo AguirreMohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cosme Alfredo Aguirre, 39, of Lake Havasu City, Sunday (11/23) morning for aggravated domestic violence, a felony, and two warrants.  Approximately 9:33 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 3100 block of Williams Drive.  Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting party, a 33-year-old female victim.  The victim said that Aguirre walked into her house without knocking.  The victim further said that she started yelling at him to leave.  The victim reported that Aguirre got mad and threw a cup of water.  The victim further reported that she locked the door when Aguirre stepped outside.  The victim advised that he started kicking the door then he eventually left on foot.  Deputies contacted a witness and the witness confirmed the victims’ statements.  Deputies located Aguirre a few doors down at a residence where he was taken into custody without incident.  A records check showed Aguirre to have two misdemeanor warrants issued by Lake Havasu City Justice Court for failure to appear on original charge of assault and a second failure to appear on original charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage per domestic violence.  A criminal history check showed Aguirre to have numerous domestic violence charges and convictions.  Aguirre was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
