Wesley Hauer, 42, of Mohave Valley, was arrested by Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies on Monday, June 29 on suspicion of aggravated domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence, felonies.
Around 10:30 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic violence incident at a residence in the 3000 block of East Deadwood Drive. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a 27-year-old male victim. The victim said that Hauer, his uncle, was causing a disturbance at the residence and Hauer had been drinking heavily. The victim further said that Hauer was throwing water bottles and beer cans all over the house. The victim advised that Hauer started yelling at his Mom. The victim reported that Hauer pushed him in the chest and Hauer eventually walked outside.
Deputies contacted the victims’ mother and she said that Hauer got upset with her because she used the wrong sauce in the dinner she was making. Deputies located Hauer sleeping in a bedroom where he was woken up.
He was taken into custody without incident.
Hauer questioned the deputy as to what he did and a computer history check showed Hauer to have nine domestic violence related arrests.
He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
