Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect who robbed a Phoenix convenience store. Sergeant Derek Elmore with Silent Witness says a man with a red bandanna over his face entered a Circle-K store near 7th Avenue and Deer Valley around 4 a.m. in September where forced the clerk and a customer behind

the counter and zip-tied them.  The suspect then zip-tied the doors shut and proceeded to fill up several bags of cigarette cartons.  After scoring a huge stash of cigarettes, the suspect fled the scene.  He had a partner in crime waiting for him in a get-away car out front.  The suspect is described as a White man, about five-nine, 195 pounds with brown hair.  The car is a 1990 silver Buick.  The description of the second suspect is unknown.  Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. Information leading to an arrest or conviction could net up to $1,000.
