Four San Tan Valley kids are home safe thanks to an Amber Alert app and a fast-thinking motorist. Shane Borden was allegedly seen by neighbors beating his girlfriend Sarah Johnson unconscious and ripping her clothes off in the front yard of their home. Borden was then seen lifting Johnson into his white 2007 Chevy
 

Suburban, along with their four children, ages three through eight.  The neighbors called police and the Department of Public Safety issued an Amber Alert for the four kids. An Amber Alert app alerted a motorist on the Loop 101 and realized he was driving directly behind the suspected kidnapper.  He called 9-1-1 and followed the car.  Within 30 minutes, authorities had Borden in custody and the kids were safe.  The children were never harmed and Johnson is recovering from her injuries.  Borden is facing a slew of charges including kidnapping.
