Police are investigating a fatal shooting at an Applebee’s Restaurant in Phoenix.  Officials say a 43-year-old man was shot several times after a heated argument with a group of people inside the family restaurant.  During the argument, one man went outside and got a gun from his car.  The man pointed the gun at the group of

people and chased them.  Someone in the group that had been threatened pulled out his gun and shot the 43-year-old.  The suspect turned victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Police are talking to more than a dozen witnesses including restaurant employees.  A 38-year-old man has been detained for questioning.
