An armed robbery suspect is on the loose.  Sergeant Derek Elmore with Silent Witness says a man pulled a knife on a clerk working at a gas station in Phoenix last month and robbed the store in broad daylight.  Elmore says the suspect was so “smooth and so bold” that when another customer walked into the store, the

suspect chatted that person up and didn’t even realize a robbery was in progress.  The clerk handed over the cash and the suspect took off on foot.  The suspect is described as an African-American man, about six-foot-one, 235 pounds, short black hair and brown eyes.  The keys to finding this suspect is in his ink.  The suspect has a classic car tattoo on his right bicep.  Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-Witness.
