The suspect wanted for attempting to sexually assault a woman in downtown Phoenix this weekend has been arrested.  Sergeant Jon Howard with Phoenix Police says 21-year-old Tark Raemund Tsosie forced his way into a woman’s apartment and tried to drag her to her bedroom and sexually assault her when her

roommate interrupted and chased Tsosie off from the apartment.  He attempted to changed his clothes so as not to be identified, but that didn’t work with surveillance cameras catching him in the area and in the apartment elevator.  Within a few days, Tsosie was identified and arrested for Attempted Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, Burglary, Assault and Possession of Marijuana.
