The Baker Canyon fire that has been burning northeast of Douglas all week has no charred just over seven-thousand acres.  Dolores Garcia from the Bureau of Land Management says the blaze has been fueled by dry vegetation and erratic winds.  Gusty winds are also moving the fire.  So far, only one home and six

outbuildings are threatened by the flames as the fire moves to the south and east.
