The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Needles Field Office, is celebrating National Public Lands Day on October 18th 2014 at the Five Mile exit off Interstate Hwy 40, Route 66 rest stop. Officials are asking for volunteers to help improve and clean-up the area around the rest stop.
