A small fire caused minor damage to a home in Bullhead City on Sunday, June 11. Spokeswoman Lori Viles said Bullhead City fire department personnel responded at 1:59 p.m. to the incident in the 1100 block of Copper Drive.

Viles said the owner used a garden hose to extinguish the fire. “It was determined that the fire likely started by a discarded cigarette that was carried by the wind and landed against the exterior siding of the home,” she said.
