The suspect responsible for a series of bomb threats made in Tucson has been arrested.  Sergeant Kim Bay with Tucson police says 42-year-old Octavio Acosta turned himself in at the Port of Entry in Douglas.  Acosta is accused of perpetrating some 18 bomb hoaxes across the Tucson area that include schools, churches and

government buildings. Detectives released the identity of Acosta as the suspect and within hours, he was in police custody.  He is facing a slew of felony charges.
