President Obama went on the attack against Donald Trump, calling the presumptive Republican presidential nominee a charlatan and a flim-flam man. On CNN’s “State of the Union,” former Arizona Governor and Trump supporter Jan Brewer shot back.

“With President Obama and Hillary Clinton every time you disagree with them it doesn’t matter which subject it is, you’re a bigot or a racist.” “To see a president speak like that is offensive.” Brewer did say that Trump has crossed the line with racial comments. “I think that Mr. Trump is new to the political arena, and that he has said things that he had to walk back a little bit, things that I wasn’t comfortable with.”  Brewer said that Trump was misunderstood when he said a Hispanic judge hearing a case against Trump University could not be impartial because of his ethnicity. “In that respect I think that Judge Curiel has a stunning reputation and I don’t believe that Donald Trump meant it on the manner he said it. I believe he felt that he was being treated unfairly.” Brewer doesn’t give stock to polls that show Trump trailing Hillary Clinton. “All these polls that are being ran nationally it doesn’t matter it doesn’t matter it’s all about winning the states it’s all about winning the states. It’s early on so I don’t pay a whole lot of attention to any of them.”
