After finishing fourth in a five candidate field in Tuesday’s primary election, Kingman City Council member Larry Carver has pulled the plug on his re-election campaign. Carver qualified for the November run0ff election, but has terminated his candidacy and instruced the clerk’s office to leave his name off the ballot.

Gary Rucker, Jamie Stehle and David Wayt battle for two Kingman Council posts on November 8. Travis Lingenfelter won the other spot with his top finish in the primary.
