Mosquito surveillance conducted this week by the Mohave County Environmental Health Division (MCEHD) revealed several locations that met the protocol to conduct fogging. The MCEHD uses the CDC’s recommended matrix as a guide of when to fog. FOGGING: Adult mosquito control application will begin on Wednesday evening July 19h, around 8:00 pm, weather permitting. ROBBERY SUSPECT NABBED IN LAKE HAVASU CITY

The Lake Havasu City Police Department received information Monday that a wanted out-of-state male subject was staying at a hotel in the 2100 block of Birch Square. Officers and detectives with the Criminal Investigations Unit responded and attempted contact with the subject around 1:40 P.M at his motel room. The subject refused to open the door. ILLEGAL DUMPER BUSTED

A Kingman man was caught illegally dumping miscellaneous household waste in the Kingman desert. Christopher McKinney, 35, was booked on two warrants. The man was also charged with criminal littering for commercial purposes and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, all class 6 felonies.
