  Authorities report three arrests in the Monday slaying of a bicyclist in Bullhead City. 33-year old Juan Pedro Flores, Bullhead City, was found dead at the scene of the altercation at 5:00 p.m. in the 500 block of Riviera Boulevard. Bullhead City police said a suspect wanted for a Sunday crime spree in west Mohave County was arrested Monday afternoon in Needles, California. Adam Dial, 23, will be returned to Mohave County to face prosecution. BURRO CREEK KAYAKERS DRAW FIRE FROM SHORE

  A group from Flagstaff said they were shot at while kayaking at Burro Creek in south Mohave County on Saturday, February 4. The man in the lead kayak flipped upside down in the water for protection and kayaked downstream as bullets sprayed into the creek, according to the Mohave County Sheriff’s office. Nobody was injured by the gunfire. OFFICER ASSAULTED AFTER POLICE PURSUIT

    A young Kingman man allegedly led a police pursuit before he assaulted a police officer following his arrest. Deputy Kingman police chief Rusty Cooper said 21-year-old Daniel Heaton sped away following an attempted routine traffic stop in the downtown area the afternoon of February 1.
