A three state search for the infant of a Fort Mohave couple has apparently resulted in the recovery of “Baby Girl Jackson” in north Las Vegas this morning. The parents of the the baby born four months ago in Las Vegas are held in the county jail for refusing to indicate where the girl is. SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED IN TEEN TRAFFICKING CAPER

Arizona authorities report a state trooper rescued a teenager who was being transported to Las Vegas for sex trafficking. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) said the trooper became suspicious after conducting a routine traffic stop of a northbound vehicle on U.S. 93 north of Kingman on January 11. FATAL FIRE INVESTIGATED IN LAUGHLIN

A fatal fire is under investigation at the Crown Point Apartment Homes in Laughlin. Clark County Fire Department spokesman Jeff Buchanan said personnel responded at 5:44 p.m. Monday to the fire at the apartment complex on the Needles highway. Crews extinguished the fire within ten minutes before locating a deceased subject in the burned unit on the upper level of the two story structure.
