A-G Horne Loses Bid For Court Injunction

A Judge’s ruling leaves the door open for the Maricopa County Attorney to investigate Attorney General Tom Horne. At issue is whether County Attorney Bill Montgomery should be allowed to investigate Horne because Montgomery supports political challenger Mark Brnovich in the A-G race. Horne argues no. But Superior Court Judge Mark Brain says that’s not enough to grant an injunction against Montgomery.
