Francisco Garcia Nicole Leigh DavisMohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Francisco Garcia, 37, of Bullhead City, and Nicole Leigh Davis, 34, of Golden Valley, Friday (10/23) evening.  Garcia was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies.  Davis was arrested for theft of means of transportation, misconduct with a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of forged instrument and two counts of conducting a chop shop, all felonies, and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Bullhead City Municipal Court.  Approximately 6:45 p.m., deputies responded to a suspicious subject with a broken down Audi vehicle in the area of Jurassic Drive and Estrella Road.  Upon arrival, deputies observed a vehicle matching the description parked in a driveway.   As deputies approached the vehicle, a male subject standing in front of the vehicle started running.  Deputies attempted to catchup with the male subject without success.  Deputies observed a gold Suzuki vehicle parked toward the Audi.  The engine was running with the headlights directed at the Audi.  Deputies removed the keys from the Suzuki.  Deputies approached the Audi and observed someone pull their feet under the Audi.  Deputies ordered the subject from under the vehicle and detained him.  Deputies located a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance inside the male subject’s pants pocket.  During conversations with Garcia, he said that he was looking for a male subject to repair his Audi. The male subject was identified as Garcia and the owner of the Audi.   Inside the Suzuki, deputies located a fake driver’s license belonging to the registered owner.  Deputies continued their search of the male subject that ran.  Deputies observed a toy hauler trailer on the south end of the property with a light on inside.  Deputies noticed the VIN plate on the frame had been grounded off and no license plate was mounted.  Deputies had the occupants exit the trailer.  Deputies observed a female subject, later identified as Davis, with her two children.  Deputies observed a Honda ATV parked near the trailer with its VIN number grounded off.   Deputies noticed the fake identification they located in the Suzuki earlier had Davis’s picture but the name of the Suzuki’s registered owner.  A records check showed Davis to have a warrant.  Davis was taken into custody without incident.  Department of Child Services took custody of Davis’s children.  A search of the trailer revealed a scale with white residue, three glass pipes with residue, a shotgun and another fake driver’s license with Davis’s photo and someone else’s name.    Deputies also located a 1985 Harley Davidson motorcycle inside the trailer.  Deputies determined the Suzuki has been stolen from Yucca and the owner had no idea as they were out of town.  The following items were towed from the scene:  Audi, Suzuki, Altitude toy hauler, Honda ATV and a Harley Davidson motorcycle.  Garcia and Davis were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
