20151223_131548-1-150x84Another about face for the Kingman City Council. After recently reversing course on its property tax inclinations, the Council has now flip-flopped its position with respect to the Central Christian Church use of the Central Commercial building in downtown Kingman. Litigation was threatened after the Council turned down a conditional use permit for the church to lease the building. It appears the lawsuit consideration is moot given Tuesday’s Council vote approving the permit that will  see the church make use of the historic property going forward.
