An arrest has been made in a 13-year-old cold case Tucson murder.  Sergeant Pete Dugan with Tucson Police says 44-year-old Brian Ferry has been arrested for the murders of 58-year-old Charles Russell and 42-year-old Catherine Nelson.  Dugan says the Phoenix couple went missing in February 2002 when they drove

to Tucson to buy a motorcycle and were never heard from again.  Detectives believed foul play was involved, but with no substantial evidence, the two were considered Missing Persons.  Fast-forward to today, new leads opened up in the case and forensic evidence led police to Ferry.  Ferry has been booked into the Pima County Jail on two counts of First Degree Murder.  The investigation is ongoing.
