Millions of fans are mourning the loss of musical genius Prince who died at the age of 57.  The world was shaken to the core when news came that pop music icon Prince had passed away.  Concert promoter Danny Zelisco  says Prince was an amazing and “magical” performer.   He says Prince’s stage presence

blew him away calling him a mix of “James Brown, Mick Jagger and Jimi Hendrix.” Prince, whose real name was Prince Rogers Nelson, started playing piano as a young child and ended up playing over 20 instruments without knowing how to read a note. Zelisko says Prince was very shy and introverted but and very nice person. He says Prince did have one quirky request when he played in the Valley.  Prince wanted 100-dozen roses in his dressing room before each concert.

Last week, Prince’s private plane was on the way to a concert venue in Indianapolis when it made an emergency landing to rush him to the hospital.  The “Purple Rain” singer was released and showed up on stage the next night claiming he had been battling the flu.  In his last concert appearance a few days ago near his home in Paisley Park, Minnesota, he shared a rather cryptic message with the audience…”wait a few days before you waste any prayers.”  Prince died in his Minnesota home. An investigation into his exact death is underway.  Prince had been suffering from a bad bout of the flu for weeks, which doctors say can be deadly.
