Three suspects have been arrested after robbing a Phoenix convenience store and shooting the clerk.  Sergeant Vince Lewis with Phoenix police says two suspects walked into a Circle-K and attempted to steal some cigarettes. A security guard stepped in and grabbed one suspect, while the other suspect bolted.  The

suspect who ran came back to the store with a third man and both were armed.  The two demanded to know the whereabouts of their friend who had been detained when they open-fired, striking a store employee. The suspects took off in their car and the victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The suspects ditched the car, but police recovered the car and found the suspects who were arrested.
