burrosMohave County has approved a resolution urging the Bureau of Land Management to reduce the wild burro population in the Black Mountains. Supervisors Steve Moss and Hildy Angius will travel to Washington D.C. to hand deliver a copy of the resolution to BLM officials next Tuesday.

The Arizona Game and Fish Department has its own resolution requesting that the BLM bring the current population of 1,800 down to 478, in accordance with appropriate management levels.
