Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it’s never more so
when looking at court decisions, like the recent ruling to halt the president’s
immigration reforms.  A Texas Federal Court
judge’s order to halt the implementation of President Obama’s executive orders
on immigration, expanding DACA and other deferred action programs to encompass
about 5,000,000 people, is being condemned by Democrat Arizona Congressman Ruben
Gallego, and state lawmakers as a political ploy to scare
illegal immigrants and to prompt them to self-deport. 

But Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, through
his attorney Larry Klayman, applauds the ruling as a great day for the legal
system and for all of America as it shows that the President cannot flout the
will of Congress or the voters.  The court
ordered a stop to the expansion until a lawsuit against the President’s actions
