Two Kingman men charged with disposing the body of a murder victim entered not guilty pleas during separate hearings on Monday, February 27. Al Blanco, 61, and Bill Sanders, 54, both pled not guilty to concealment of a dead body and tampering with physical evidence charges.
Both men are being prosecuted for alleged involvement in the burial of the body of Sid Cranston on ranch property east of Kingman. Only Blanco is charged with first degree murder in the June, 2015 shooting death of the 41-year-old real estate investor.
Both defendants are next scheduled to appear for separate March 20 hearings before Mohave County Superior Court Judge Steve Conn. Sanders is free on his own recognizance while Blanco is held without bond in the county jail.
