Do you or someone you know have experience with opioids?

Reporters at Cronkite News are working on a project on the impact of opioid use in Arizona. According to the Arizona Department of Health Services, 1,052 people required emergency room treatment for prescription drug overdoses in 2014.

If you use prescription opioids, are recovering from addiction or are struggling with opioid addiction, we want to hear from you. We would also like to hear from you if your friends or family members are dealing with opioid addiction. Please share your experience by answering the questions below so we can better understand opioid use in Arizona.
