domestic violenceMohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Terry Kindl, 51, of Meadview, Sunday (10/25) evening for criminal damage per domestic violence, felony, along with threatening and intimidating per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence, misdemeanors.  At about 7:21 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic violence incident in the 300 block of W. Diamond Creek Lane and contacted the reporting party, a 50-year-old female victim.  The victim repored that Kindl, her husband, had been drinking and when she returned home from shopping to their residence in the 800 block of Bright Angel Lane that Kindl was calling her names and he threatened her.  The victim said after she left their residence that Kindl called her numerous times saying that he threw her computer out the door and he continued calling her derogatory names.   Deputies responded to their residence and observed several items thrown onto their patio including a computer, pictures, women’s clothing and several files.  Deputies announced themselves and Kindl came to the door where he was taken into custody without incident.  Approximately $1,500 of damage occurred to a computer, two desktop printers and dishes.  Kindl was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
