U.S. Marshals have arrested a suspect in Phoenix wanted in Ohio for a double murder.  U.S. Marshal David Gonzales says 26-year-old Charles Walker is accused of killing two 19-year-old men sitting in a parked car in an alley in Ohio execution style last year.  Authorities received a tip that Walker had fled to Arizona

and was hiding out in a Phoenix apartment downtown.  Deputies spotted Walker leaving the apartment on a bicycle when they moved in and arrested him without incident.  Walker was living with his girlfriend in her apartment. The woman is being questioned on her involvement with Walker and whether she was harboring a known fugitive. Walker will be extradited back to Ohio within a few weeks, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
