An ex-con who thought he was setting up a heroin sale with a customer was instead texting the Arizona Department of Corrections Parole office, according to the Mohave County Sheriff’s office.

Agency spokeswoman Trish Carter said parole authorities contacted local narcotics officers who set up a May 9 meeting for the heroin sale where Christopher Willmon lived at a home in 2400 block of Hearne Avenue in north Kingman.

“Willmon was found hiding in a shed at the residence with his cell phone and the heroin he was attempting to sell,” Carter said. Wilson was arrested for possession of narcotic drugs for sale and on a parole violation warrant.

Carter said six other people were arrested at the home for various charges, including the property owner, Jon Dudek, 65. “Dudek admitted to detectives that he has been selling methamphetamine for 50 years,” Carter said.

Others arrested at the home include Mark Napoleone, 37, Bonnie Thompson, 62, Irvin Sanford, 54, Christopher McKee, 53 and Ashley Wright, 28.
