Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher John Scialdone, 40, of Fort Mohave, late Monday (2/9) morning for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony, along with assault per domestic violence, disorderly conduct per domestic violence and trespassing per domestic violence, misdemeanors. Approximately 10:44 a.m., deputies responded to a fight in progress at a residence in the 5600 block of Pearl Street. Upon arrival, deputies observed male subject, later identified as Scialdone, outside of the residence with an injury to the top of his head. Scialdone advised that a male subject struck him with a baseball bat. Deputies learned that the male subject had left the scene. Medical responded and treated Scialdone. Deputies contacted a female subject at the scene. The female subject advised that Scialdone, her ex-husband, was pounding on her bedroom window and she told him to leave. The female subject further advised that Scialdone entered her house without permission carrying a large piece of wood. The female subject reported that Scialdone struck her and pushed her down. The female subject further reported that her male friend struck Scialdone with a baseball bat and chased him out of the house. Scialdone was taken into custody without incident. A search of Scialdone revealed a makeshift pipe with residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
