Michael Wayne Todd, 57, of Lake Havasu City, was arrested by Mohave County Sheriff deputies on Thursday, June 18 on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, felony, along with driving with a suspended driver’s license and operation in violation of restriction, misdemeanors.
At about 12:10 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle in the area of Lake Drive and Pero Drive. Deputies contacted the operator identified as Todd. A records check showed Todd to have a suspended driver’s license and no motorcycle endorsement for operation of the motorcycle.
During the investigation, deputies determined the vehicle had a suspended plate for no mandatory insurance. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed a sunglass case containing four syringes and a glass pipe with residue. Todd was taken into custody without incident.
He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
