Aaron Lee Hinz, 31, of Needles, California was arrested by Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies on June 21 on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court, felonies.
As deputies were patrolling, they observed a male subject staggering from side to side on the side of the Highway. Around 6:30 p.m., deputies contacted the male subject, later identified as Hinz, in the area of Highway 95 and Barrackman Road. Deputies were concerned about Hinz being overheated and needing water. Hinz declined the offer of water and said he was okay.
A records check showed Hinz to have an outstanding warrant. Hinz was taken into custody without incident. A search of Hinz’s possessions revealed a glass pipe with residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
