Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob Allan Taylor, 21, of Kingman on Saturday (9/19) afternoon for possession of a narcotic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Approximately 2:00 pm, deputies contacted Taylor in the area of McVicar Avenue and Benton Street. While speaking with Taylor, deputies observed him to be extremely nervous and shaking. A record check showed Taylor to have a warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Justice Court. Taylor was taken into custody without incident. During a search of Taylor, deputies located a small plastic bag containing a black tar substance which field tested to be heroin. Taylor was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
