Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jerry Don Havatone, 44, of Kingman, and Ruth Ann Tabor, 26, of Peach Springs, late Monday (9/30) morning.  Havatone was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, a theft of means of transportation warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court, all felonies, and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.  Tabor was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony.  Deputies learned the whereabouts of a wanted felon.  Approximately 10:00 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in the 12300 block of Byers Street.  Upon arrival, deputies contacted Havatone regarding his outstanding warrants.  Deputies had Havatone standup from where he was sitting on the couch.  Deputies observed glass pipes, a metal pipe and a plastic bag containing marijuana in the area where Havatone was sitting.  Havatone was taken into custody without incident.  During conversations with Havatone, he said the items belonged to him.  Deputies contacted a female subject, later identified as Tabor.  Deputies had Tabor standup as she was also sitting on the couch.  Deputies observed a glass pipe on the floor directly under her where she was standing.  Tabor was taken into custody without incident.  During conversations with Tabor, she admitted the pipe was hers.  Havatone and Tabor were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
