Kenneth Ray Stockbridge, 42, of Kingman, was arrested by Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday, June 17 on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court, all felonies.
Around 3:15 p.m., deputies responded to an agency assist in the 3000 of East McVicar Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies contacted an agent with the US Marshal’s Office. The agent advised that he was waiting for Stockbridge to return to the residence when Stockbridge pulled up in the passenger seat of a vehicle. The agent reported finding a plastic bag containing spice, a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance, a pipe with residue and a marijuana cigarette in Stockbridge’s possession. Deputies contacted Stockbridge and he admitted the items belonging to him. Stockbridge was taken into custody without incident.
Upon further investigations, deputies learned the driver of the vehicle Patrick Alexander Leahy, 25, of Kingman, had a suspended driver’s license. Leahy was cited and released for driving with a suspended license.
Stockbridge was transported and booked into the Mohave County jail.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
