A motorist hit by a suspected drunk driver who ran a red light is fighting to stay alive. According to Phoenix police, a 40-year-old pick-up truck driver ran a red light in the West Valley and collided with a 35-year-old driver.  The victim, who was transferred to a local hospital and placed on life-support, is not expected to

live.  The suspect was transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.  Police found “evidence of impairment with the suspect” and charges are pending.
