A massive monsoon dust storm rolled into the Phoenix-Metro area late Saturday night leaving 30-thousand people without power.  APS Spokesman Steven Gottfried says about 14-thousand APS customers were in the dark at the height of the storm.  Crews worked all night and by Sunday morning, only 13 people were

without power.  The Northeastern Phoenix area including Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, took the brunt of the storm with winds reaching up to 50 to 70 miles per hour.  According to SRP, 15-thousand SRP customers lost power with a majority of those customers backs online.  The threat of another powerful dust storm remains for the next couple of days.
