A woman causes an accident and sets off a chain reaction that ends in her death.  Phoenix police say the woman was driving on Thomas Road near 15th Street when she side-swiped a scooter that sent her through the intersection where she struck two more cars before coming to a stop.  The woman was taken

to a hospital in extremely critical condition and later died.  Officer James Holmes with Phoenix Police says there are no signs of trauma to the 77-year-old victim resulting in the accident.  This leads police to believe th woman may have suffered a medical condition or died of natural causes at the time of the accident.   Two other drivers suffered minor injuries.
