The Pima County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal crash.  Deputy Tracy Suitt says 65-year-old Manuel Carpio was speeding through a red light at Irvington and Hotel in Tucson when he crashed into another car and died.  Suitt says “for some reason, whether it was inattention or medical, there’s a whole bunch of reasons it

could have happened, but we don’t have that information right now.”  Deputies confirm alcohol was not a factor in the crash.  The 51-year-old man and 55-year-old Carpio crashed into suffered minor injuries.
