Tucson police have released the identity of a pedestrian who was killed after being struck by a car.  According to Sergeant Pete Dugan, 54-year-old Donald Ciarlanti died Thursday when he “stepped off the median and into the roadway where he was struck by a vehicle.”  Ciarlanti, who was not in a crosswalk, was
 

pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver remained on the scene and was not cited.
