An arrest has been made in Friday night’s fatal Tempe shooting.  Lieutenant Mike Pooley with Tempe Police says a man was shot in the head and killed while driving in Tempe and all evidence points to the car’s passenger as the shooter.  Pooley says police were called to an accident scene Friday night where a car hit

another car and rammed into a wall.  When police arrived, they found the driver of the car had been shot in the head and died at the scene.  Pooley says the passenger, 23-year-old Jose Bojorquez, has been booked on 2nd Degree Murder charges for shooting the driver.   Bojorquez is refusing to cooperate with police.  So far, there is no motive and the investigation continues.
