a5972FBLA is the largest and oldest business student organization in the world! AZ FBLA works with Business and CTE to create opportunities for students to apply what they are learning in the classroom in real-world situations and bring business and education together in a positive working relationship. The LHHS FBLA chapter was successful in competition at both regional and state level competitions this year with NINE students qualifying for NLC (National Leadership Conference) in June. This is the most successful that LHHS has ever been. In order to be able to send the nine national-qualifying students to Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia, we need to raise money in a short amount of time. We would be most grateful if any local business would be willing to donate any amount of money to help fund expenses for a week-long trip at the National Leadership Conference from June 27th through July 3rd. If you are interested in helping out your local FBLA chapter, we will be sure to report to you on how our trip went. Please contact our advisor, Laura Denny, at 928-234-3914 or at Ldenny@havasu.k12.az.us if you are able to help. Remember, any donation amount is accepted and encouraged. Thank you for your time and for considering this request. We look forward to hearing from you and possibly creating a stronger relationship with local businesses for this upcoming school year. Checks can be made payable to LHHS-FBLA NLC and mailed to the attention of Laura Denny/FBLA Advisor at: Lake Havasu High School 2675 S. Palo Verde Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ
