imagesAn internal promotion is filling the vacant Kingman City Finance Director position. “I am proud to announce that I am promoting Tina Moline to be the new Financial Services Director,” City Manager John Dougherty said in a March 18 memo. Moline succeeds Coral Loyd who left the city in mid-February to become the Financial Services Director for Mohave County. “I am very excited to have been given this opportunity and look forward to the challenge that this promotion will undoubtedly present,” Moline said. “I have huge shoes to fill with Coral Loyd as my predecessor.  However, working with such a talented group of people and having the support of the City Manager and staff, I have been given the tools necessary to succeed.” Human Resources Director Jackie Walker said molineMoline has served as Finance Administrator since starting with the city 14 months ago. Moline assumes her new job on March 23 with a starting annual salary of $90,000. “We had less than ten applicants but the pool was a quality pool to choose from,” Dougherty’s memo stated. “The interviewees did a very good job and I was happy with the pool I had to choose from.”
