Glendale Police are looking for answers behind a shooting, leaving three family members critically wounded. Sergeant Scott Waite says police were called out to the home late Monday night after a woman there told them she could hear loud banging inside the place, then found her in-laws covered in blood. She and her two children took refuge in a bathroom and called police.
When officers got to the scene, they found a man lying outside the home and two women inside. All three were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. They include a 69 year old man, his 65 year old wife and their 47 year old son, whose wife made the call to police. The 39 year old wife and the couple 7 and 8 year old children were not hurt.
Waite can’t say for sure if this was an attempted murder-suicide, but police are not looking for any suspects.
